    Mike Condra, Ph.D., C.Psych.

    Dr. Condra is an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Psychology and Psychiatry and Director of the department of Health, Counselling and Disability Services at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. As well as providing counselling to students on a wide range of personal issues, he teaches in the undergraduate and graduate programes in the Department of Psychology at Queen's and consults with the university’s senior administration on issues involving mental health and lethality.


    Dr. Condra has had extensive clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. For the last eight years he has been the Director of a multidisciplinary student service department. He is a very experienced workshop presenter on many topics, including the Assessment of Suicide Risk and Crisis-Intervention Skills and a variety of mental health issues.

    Françoise Mathieu, M.Ed., CCC.

    Ms. Mathieu is a certified mental health counsellor and compassion fatigue specialist who works in private practice as a therapist, trainer and educator. Her experience stems from many years as a crisis counsellor, working in a hospital emergency ward, university counselling service and community mental health environments. Her positive outlook and commitment to helping clients grow are hallmarks of her work. Her many areas of interest include couples counselling, unhealthy relationships and working with traumatized individuals.


    In 2001, Ms Mathieu co-created Cameron & Mathieu Consulting, an initiative aimed at providing workshops and consulting services to helpers with a focus on personal and professional renewal.
